oh and more importantly, thank god he is gone. he was the one guy on the team last year that i couldnt stand seeing on the field. and as the year went on and he was not on the field as much the team improved. i came to the point that i watched him specifically and noticed that he has 0 play recognition, does not grasp keys and has poor change of direction. he is a guy you can give a gap to and he will stuff it play after play. but as soon as you start to ask him to make decisions, reads, read keys and flow to the ball or recognize counters and play action you are completely fucked in the ass.

Prolly instructed by Woody to get some players last year to make the team competitive, and rebuilding at the same time, he's in a tough spot. Gonna have to be patient with him. Yeah, to put it mildly. Macc has to rebuild a team while the infastructure is crumbling around it. Its kind of like bolstering a building with a rotten foundation.
