Cruz is going to have a very busy first day in the White House so it seems. The list of things he's going to abolish on the first day just keeps on growing :)

Swat did trump just imply that we'll start charging for our "world police" services?
What if a country doesn't want us looking over them?

He's been saying that for a while now. If they don't want us there, let them be. North Korea, for instance, would overrun South pretty quickly without US presence.

I have no doubt South Korea would like us to stay but what do they have of value. I doubt countries that have a gdp like Germany and Saudia Arabia want us there. I think some even were opposed to us putting bases in their backyard.

Well, our trade deficit with South Korea was $28.3B in 2015 (https://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/balance/c5800.html) Maybe something can be done about that in exchange for our military presence there. If the US pulled out their military from South Korea, South Korean stock market would crash pretty much on the next day due to the imminent serious threat from the North.

Hmm interesting re: South Korea but what about the countries that don't really want us there? I mean I would love for us not to be the world police and I'm sure some countries would agree with me. I remember a handful of years ago Mexico was going to legalize drugs. The USA said nope you're not going to do it. I think we threatened to take away their foreign aid.... I assume I'd be ok with not giving out hardly any foreign aid but I'll have to look into it more.

Once again Trump getting his ass kicked from one side of the stage to the other.
But come Tuesday, the votes will come pouring in for him ... Because he's going to make great deals ... And America is going to be great again. And let's not forget about that wall. It's going to be swell.

Since I heard Trump implying that under him America would no longer be the world police I might just cross the aisle and give him my vote.

Here Kasich goes again with his neocon ideas. He makes sense as long as he doesn't touch foreign policy.
