Hopefully Floyd, or the Lee kid from Ohio State. Spence apparently had a poor pro day, didn't improve on his combine forty time, and now some scouts have him falling to Round 2.
Hopefully Floyd falls, I'll be jumping up and down. If we pass on him I'll lose it. Spence maybe could be had in the 2nd. I still think he has potential. His pro-day wasn't too poor. Just not a lot of GMs showed up and he only ran DE drills, not OLB. But 20 may be a little too rich for him.
Well I hope some of the RB's can rush the QB's........LOL. Seriously, this likely takes RB out of the mix come draft time.

I think this is just about the ideal FA signing!! He's still pretty young, underrated, and talented; he didn't really get a fair shot to be the go to guy in Nawlins, but he can play! Nice move Mac! (btw anyone who plays fantasy football knows him as the guy touted as a possible breakout year after year but stuck on the Saints' crowded RB depth chart. great upside play!)
Pretty creative signings in the last 3 FA pickups and all RBs...If you haven't seen Robinson, he had a solid year last year and imo while he is not exactly an all purpose RB, he is similar to Powell's running style and also worn #29...
See this is what you want to do at RB, draft guys in rd. 2-5, fairly cheap, young guys with upside and drive to get a big payday. Or sign a cheap, relatively young guy like Robinson still waiting for his shot. Then, when that payday rolls around, let some other team pay big bucks for an older big name RB with too much tread on their tires. This is SO MUCH better than blowing big bucks on a guy like Matt Forte, someone who has been linked to us ..... oh wait, what's that I just saw?!?! ........ ........ ........ awwww CRAP!!!
Hey, if he has a good year I'm sure they can extend him. But at that price, that's an absolute steal.
Totally different types of players. Robinson is more of a bulldozer like Ivory. Both are 6' tall and ~220 lbs. Perfect complement to Powell and Forte. Let's hope they can all stay healthy.
This is a really good signing. He should complement Powell and Forte nicely. Now the jets can focus on OLB and OL early in the draft.
So happy that we've signed Khiry. We were in danger of entering the new season with an insufficient dreadlocks quota for our RB stable.
If mac wanted to sign him for longer he would have. This is just a low risk signing to round out the rb depth chart. We might be overeating this a bit
Not really. It's a smart move for Khiry. If/When he plays like he's capable he'll be rewarded a bigger contract.
Was just listening to ESPN radio and they say Floyd appears to be rocketing up boards and could possibly be a top 10 pick. _
Khiry is a HUGE addition. Our RB's are going to be filthy Forte/Bilal/Khiry/Archer? Yeah I'm happy with that.
