What kind of no shit are you trying to say? Like the excited "no shit" or the "I already knew that dumbass" no shit?
Hoyer? Well in other news Geno is working with Tom House again this offseason..... Wait here it comes (AHHHHHHH!) delayed reaction.....
I just realized I quoted the same post twice I think I should stop drinking and posting on jets forums
we can absolutely afford to keep all three of them ... by the time a potential williams extension kicked in, mo would be off of the books
Its probably a little of that and a little of the Jets seeing what exactly they could have if Fitz doesnt lower his asking price. Niners could kill two birds with one stone if they traded Kap and then went out and gave Fitz a big contract.
I don't think it was one game that hurt. He's been in the league a long time. GMs and scouts know what he is and what he can do. As I've said, he's a smart, gritty quarterback, who is older and has limited arm strength, I can't tell you how many times last season I cringed when he dropped back to pass. For him to be successful, he needs a good supporting cast. Marshall and Decker saved so many times on balls that were either behind them or at their feet. Honestly, if he decides to come back, I think he won't be happy about it.
This is now making me believe we'll be going QB with our 1st rounder, as Mac doesn't want to commit long term money to anyone.
The Niners know they don't have to deal Kap, so they are going to squeeze as much of some team as possible.
Hoyer sucks like really really sucks. But Hoyer at 5 million is better than Fitz at 18 million every single time.
I don't think that's going to happen, unless Wentz falls into their lap and that's not going to happen. It just doesn't make sense to have three developmental QBs on your roster.
