Trump is on top in the polls in Ohio also. I'm guessing that the Sanders win in Michigan is making the odds makers double clutch a bit. I definitely would not take Kasich at 1/4 and Trump at 2/1 looks pretty good. There are a lot of angry lower middle class white voters in Ohio at this point.
