At this point, the Jets should not be getting into a bidding war for Ryan Fitzpatric, whether or not it sets the team back for 1 year.

I can see the Jets maybe paying Fitz as much as maybe $12 mil. Wouldn't like it, but can see it, the other piece being about that guaranteed with opt out for the Jets, etc... But more than that is a problem.

There are articles about him going to the Broncos. That would be an awesome landing spot for him. But I dont see the Broncos paying all their free agents, plus pay Brock plus pay Fitz what he wants. Even after the cap room with Manning retiring.
