Warriors sweep Thunder on the season. Spurs still have 3 matchups left with GSW. I think Spurs may win 1.
Ultimately nobody will be beating Golden State when it matters, so who cares? On a better note, I'm going to Thunder at Bucks tomorrow, so I'm pretty stoked to see the Thunder live for the first time.
I think you may be tapping out too soon. They are incapable right now, but even young players get tired playing at the breakneck pace they are playing at right now. I'm at AT&T Center right now for Spurs-Kings, preparing myself for a fun night of heckling the fuck out of Boogie Cousins. I love the live NBA product, not as much as the NFL one but it's close.
It's definitely better in person, but aren't all sports? Football isn't as worth going to because of the cramped seats, long lines, and high prices, but other things are much more laid back.
I went to Jets Cowboys in Dallas and the lines and prices were comparable to any Spurs game I've ever been to, I'm guessing the prices, seat spacing and lines for the Bucks are an anomaly. I've sat in club boxes at AT&T Center a number of times, but the room you get sacrifices the proximity to the court and your view of the game. I'd rather be elbow to elbow with people in that respect.
The Bradley center though old, has a nice layout, and is comfortable. The tickets for tomorrow are only $50. I'm excited for the new stadium though. Games at Lambeau are a couple hundred bucks just for a decent seat, and it's all bleachers so you're very shoulder to shoulder unless you've got the box treatment. I mean it's great, but I would love to go to a different stadium to see what a regular experience is like.
Must have been a fun game to go to..the young big guy got 18 minutes I saw. I am thinking Pop is saving him for the playoffs.
I disagree. first off, injuries are possible. You can't declare a team a lock to win a title. Would they still be a lock if Curry sprained his ankle and missed a series (or most of one)? second of all, San Antonio and OKC are capable of beating GS, although obviously I think it's probable GS would win either series. Realistically, Golden State has about a 50% chance to win the title, which is much higher than teams almost ever have prior to the playoffs starting.
Ha, you talking about Boban? If he actually sees the court during the playoffs I'll be shocked. Jonathan Simmons on the other hand will definitely play. This is the first time in years that Pop has given significant minutes to 2 rookies in one year, although neither of them are as young as rookies usually are in the NBA.
Crazy the Lakers won. Okc Milwaukee was really fun. It was fun to see Milwaukee make a comeback, and the crowd get really into it. Giannis, Durant, Parker, and Westbrook were all really entertaining.
lol luckily i live in philly where u can wait for your favorite team to come to town and you'll get 1st section seats from $15-$30 lmao.
