Yes. South Florida is heavily Democratic. He was useless as a Florida rep and even more useless as a Florida Senator. He only runs for office for personal gain. He hasn't done anything for Florida as a Senator. He only won his race since it was a 3 way race in 2010.

Definitely enough to get within a few % points of Trump. The people who are voting for Cruz or Rubio are the ones who see right through Trump and his act. Majority will go to the other over trump.
