Since 2014, The Democrats have gotten Immigration "reform" through unobstructed, and Paul Ryan basically let the Democrats have whatever they wanted the the new Budget plan. If anything, I have more respect for the prior Democratic congress, ans they fought harder, and better, and stronger than the current Republican congress.

I completely disagree. As much as Reagan and Tip O'Neil went head to head, they would work together and compromise. Reagan wanted this, O'Neil wanted that, so they compromised. This has been confirmed by conservatives like Bob Dole as well as liberals like Chris Matthews who worked for O'Neil.

And which candidate has a better shot of doing that than Donald Trump, the political outsider?

That is a very fair counter (and I am NOT being sarcastic). The only point that I was trying to make from that picture is that there exists 13,500 other clinics in the nation that are not affiliated with Planned Parenthood, nothing else. Do you feel that I need to find an alternate source to support that single notion?

That 13,500 could include the local CVS and Walgreens...Who knows what makes up that number?

    Study released last week:

    http://www.latimes.com/science/scie...d-parenthood-texas-births-20160203-story.html
    http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMsa1511902

"The exclusion of Planned Parenthood affiliates from a state-funded replacement for a Medicaid fee-for-service program in Texas was associated with adverse changes in the provision of contraception. For women using injectable contraceptives, there was a reduction in the rate of contraceptive continuation and an increase in the rate of childbirth covered by Medicaid."

Good job GOPers. Now you have to cover these children for 18 years with welfare, all cause of a crazy crusade against Planned Parenthood.

"The first blow to Planned Parenthood and other family planning clinics in Texas came in 2011, when lawmakers cut family-planning grants by 66% across the state. The money that remained was directed toward community health centers and county health departments that provide more comprehensive care."

This must be the same "clinics" referenced by the Heritage Foundation BS picture.

I'm shocked that the GOP doesn't make a funding for Planned Parenthood based on a saving the taxpayer money...But then again the current GOP and being smart doesn't really go together.

If there were as many alternative options as you claim after the defunding of PP in Texas, why did the birth rate of young women go up 27% ?

Why is the only measure for the quality of women's health the number of abortions that are performed? Is women's health now synonymous with abortion?

    I find that rather sexist.

Cut PP funding 66% in 2011/Money went to other "clinics"...Study done based on that effect...Study showed more medicaid births (taxpayer money) for poor women and then 18+years of welfare for Texas taxpayers (poor women = welfare).

This is why I'm against Sanders...too many ungrateful and uneducated millions who vote against their own interests don't deserve Medicare from birth to death that is paid for by the top 1% of income earners.

Funding PP saves taxpayers money. It's quite simple. Many folks who don't like PP don't have the simple thought process to understand that more poor women having births equals a lifetime of taxpayer based welfare for said poor women.

So the fact that less abortions took place in a state means that women's health suffered? Again, when did Women's Health become synonymous with Abortion?

Who is going to pick all the produce in California? Build houses across the country? Work behind the scenes in restaurants? Like I said, educate yourself. The library has free internet.

Teaching is a skill. Are you implying that teaching is a simple a skill as putting on a condom?

That's a pretty offensive thing to say to those dedicated to education.
