It's not detrimental at all when you think about it. Any scenario where the Lakers get to keep their pick is a good one and that only happens is if they pick top 3. I was thinking that too the other day. Add in the number of triple doubles he has this season, which for most guys is the number one would have in an entire career. I don't think he'll get it, as Curry will probably go back to back, but it should be an exciting race.
Westbrook is a huge dog if you go by the books. Not just overall but on his own team too. Durant is like 25-1. Westbrook about 33-1. Just one books odds(ladbrokes) but I bet its similar on all. Curry is an overwhelming favorite and will likely win MVP whether they break the Bulls record or not. So good and I hope he only gets better. So tired of El BJ.
I love it because he could've been in the race last year had we had the wins.. but most people (even myself as one of westbrook's biggest fans) thought he would take a dip in stats again once KD came back.. but it's like KD making it even easier for him to put up these numbers... Kanter did the same on defense but was at least able to score .. did ibaka even play?! lol my god .. hopefully Billy D changes his approach next game time we play them in Chesapeake arena..
