I didn't say he was in full uniform.

That would be a breach dump.

I played again Noel in hs and he was ridiculously fast! Could cut on a dime, and was a lot stronger then most people gave him credit for. One play in particular that come to mind was a toss to the short side of the field. I was playing end and had contain responsibility. I did a good job of getting off my block and stretched the play out a little but as we were running out of field he turned on the jets and smoked my ass. Ran over our safety and got a 50 yard td.

    Ouch.

We had one at work a few years ago.

Some disgruntled IT guy decided to mass email everyone's weekly paycheck amount.

Pissed off a lot of employees.

Pissed me off too....I only worked one day that week.
Looked like I was working for minimum wage.

That's pretty sweet. Amazing someone who displayed that much talent in high school and even college, along with the speed attribute on his side never even really got a chance in the NFL.

The better comparison is Tavon Austin.

I have no idea how/why he became available, but possibly it was due to his small stature. Some coaches just hate playing 'small guys', kind of like Chan won't play Kerley if he has a bigger body lying around. If we cut Kerley, fans from the team that sign him will be coming into TGG to ask what's wrong with him. Nothing really, Chan just preferred bigger playmakers. Could be the same deal with this kid.

Agree that he is more of a Tavon Austin than a Darren Sproles. He should be a 4th WR rather than a RB because he is very small and light framed and as such sucks at pass protection. Since the Jets play 4 WR's ALOT, it will be interesting to line this guy up with Marshall and Decker. Not sure why the Steelers didnt do this more, but maybe with Brown and Bryant on your roster there are just not enough plays/balls to go around.

At a bare minimum, he is an upgrade over our existing KO returner, he was ranked 7th in the league last year I believe...

Thanks. I thought that's who you were referring to, just wanted to verify. What happened with him? Didn't he play at WVA? Is he in the NFL?
