So the Jets had 3 players named to the Pro Bowl and NONE are playing, yet now they have added Mangold and Ivory? Interesting. Pretty cool. Haha.
There's something pretty hilarious about Ivory going to the Pro Bowl for a meaningless game replacing an injured guy. You would have thought he'd be the most likely guy to pull out of the Pro Bowl. The guy who couldn't stay healthy in meaningful games for us when it mattered the most. Can't believe how much I stuck up for this guy early in the year. He's a good back who is blessed with some great physical skills, but he can't be counted on and he doesn't have the greatest vision either so I don't have any issues moving on from him. If Henry is there at the end of round 2 I say go get him and pair him up with Bilal.
he did this (lead AFC in rushing yards, first downs, and was top 3 in scoring) and our o-line was ranked 26th this year .. some games they were the reason Ivory was next to invisible... cut the expensive bums off that o-line.. YES Brick i'm looking at your expensive ass.. go test the market and realize you'll never make what your in line to make this season... got a feeling he'll fall right back to us and sign for way cheaper. way wayy cheaper. Think about it people... THINK! This o-line hasn't helped this animal since he's been here. Yet, he still..does...THIS!!! look how many hits before he gets to the blue line that he has to fight through... He's already led the league in yards after contact before and almost did it twice. How is bringing brick back at a lower price improving the line if you think he is a bum? Are you suggesting he will play better if he is paid less? Because that seems what your saying

He should of made the pro bowl to begin with. He had a better season than Mccoy. Ivory is an exciting player, but if I'm going to choose between Powell and Ivory, I would choose Powell. Our offense was completely different at the end of the year when Powell was playing so well. Plus, Powell worked so well with Fitzy at picking up blitzes. Re-sign Powell. Draft one of the many good running backs this year and let them split carries.
