Jets have the 20th pick in Round 1, 2016 Draft. Who we getting?

For this draft, I think OT/MLB/WR/RB/OLB need to be addressed. If we are able to land additional picks, I have no problem going after a QB and punter as well.

Mac comes away with some hits at these positions, I'll be happy.

I want a monster ILB, a true speed WR , a change of pace RB and all the rest of the picks on the OLine.

I would be surprised if Mac trades up. We still have too many holes and are suffering from lack of depth due to Tanny constantly trading up. In addition, with 23 FAs, and maybe only 5-10 of them re-signed, the Jets will need every pick they have to try to replace players.

We don't have a top 10 pick, and that's a specialty I would love but I'd really like to fill in a Luke Keuchly type ILB, blazing fast WR, a 3rd down RB and OLine depth.

A lot of early mocks have us taking Leonard Floyd, OLB of GA. Do you not like his potential?

 

If I was an NFL GM I would float the rumor that I was interested in a 1st round QB. Maybe you mislead another team into thinking that they need to trade ahead of you which in turn pushes another player that you are really interested in down to your slot.

This is a different regime than we are used to. Hopefully the rumors that come out are put out to benefit us rather than sabotage us.

We need edge pass rushers as Tyron Taylor had all day to scan field or run. Nobody can cover receivers for that long in the NFL.

All you need look at is KC and see speedy edge rushers and see how an offense is disrupted. I know they are playing Bryan Hoyer.

I've said this a few times in the past but my brother in law met Westhoff at the airport at the beginning of the season and he raved about Petty and that the Jets really like the kid.

 

jets may trade down for extra picks and take Alabama r.b. henry in the first round.

I would be shocked if they trade down as well, I think MM is happy where they stand, you can get a good player that is BPA with the 20th pick.

The steelers have ended up with Shazier(15th pick) and Dupree(22nd pick) by staying put, they have 2 good young LB that will anchor the defense for the next 5 years.
