I figured there will be more somber and sad moment stories where some of you admit that you got emotional over the Jets. But there have been some great moments too.

I was reflecting over how our season ended...My heart and stomach sunk when it was all over against the Bills but I did not shed man tears.

The only time I ever did so was after the 2011 AFC Championship game over the Steelers. I was beyond pissed at how bad we started and how we had a furious comeback only to have our "great" defense fall flat on third down to a rolling Big Ben.

I shed man tears over that loss...

Once when I was 8 years old. It was 49ers vs Jets when we lost 36-30 and Hearst took a ball 96 yards. I kept screaming at my dad, WHY DID YOU MAKE ME A JETS FAN! WHY WHY WHY! and 17 years later I am still asking him the same damn question.

I was in the car mid day when I heard we traded for B-Easy Edwards. I was so geared up that my eyes started to water. I started laughing at myself right after and decided that maybe I should care a little less.

Damn, there's some serious wusses in here. Come on. Adult tears? Over a Jets game? I might cry tears of joy if they win it all, but I've grown too hardened and cynical when they lose. It's just another day in Jets world.

I did the drive with a few buddies to that game in 2011 Poeman ... it was so cold I couldn't feel my body the entire second half ... sadly after we lost we had a long grueling 8 hour drive back ... we were lucky enough to get pulled over ... why not add insult to injury ... it sure was the low point of my 21 years as a fan

This is bullshit, people get emotional over sports good or bad. I'm not saying we sit there cry like bitches, but if you are fully invested then it can happen. Doesn't make people wusses.

Dont worry about him...As he said, he has become cynical and hardened up after every tough and disappointing Jets season. He will eventually end up like Champ. Angry all the time!

Nope, but I would do if we win the VLT in my lifetime.

I almost broke my hand after the play-off loss to the Browns. Do cries of anguish count?

I actually was watching highlights of that the other day. I was born that year, so I was definitely shedding tears but not over the Jets lol

I was a teenager in high school but yes after the jets lost to the steelers in the AFCCG I went into my room after watching it with my father and cried. These were not just a few man tears, I bawled my eyes out.

For some reason it's not even embarrassing for me lol. I tell everybody that story with no shame.

Besides that, I don't think I shed a tear for any other game. I don't think I even did for the AFCCG the season before that one.

Jets vs. Raiders divisional playoff game in January 2003.

We got our asses handed to us and I sobbed and sobbed. I was nine years old.

    Once.

I was 18, going through some really ugly things at that time, losing to the Steelers the way we did in 2004 was apparently too much.

I decided that being an emotional fan wasn't a good feeling and I haven't felt that tyoe of gut wrenching feelings until last Sunday.

I, however, did not cry this time around. Although I was extremely disappointed.

If we ever win the big one, I most likely will shed a few tears of joy for that occasion, if it ever happens in my lifetime...

    We shall see.
