No one has a right to fly on an airplane and only citizens are protected by the constitution.

Maybe we can be more reasonable here than just giving the federal government more power at a whim. I don't think you'll find anyone who thinks actual terrorists should be able to buy a gun.

Actually non-citizens do have Constitutional protections, if in certain circumstances not as much. And flying on an airplane is part of the general right to travel.

You don't understand due process, but since I have to leave for the day soon, maybe you can regroup for tomorrow.

For someone who claims to be a lawyer it's shocking that you don't understand how this would violate the 5th amendment. You can continue to claim I don't understand due process, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm right and you are wrong. Again.

If it were such a slam dunk, as you seem to think, I'm sure Osama would have included it in his recent executive orders.

It is the federal Governments job to protect the borders, right now the borders are not protected, building better border fences is not expanding their influence, it is them doing one job they have correctly.
Unless you generally take your vacations to Mexico by walking though the desert and crossing the Rio Grande then I don't see how you will be walled in.

Germany shocked by Cologne New Year gang assaults on women

And this is exactly why I've always been against the Muslim regufee influx. Forget about ISIS, jihadists, terrorists, etc... This is much much worse. They are peaceful until they reach a certain percentage and then these things start happening. They are very different, they do not assimilate and that's why they should be kept in the Middle East.

Sounds like the wilding crowds in NYC in the late 80's and early 90's. That was a horrible period, where crowds of minority teenagers would run amuck and then whoever happened to be there afterwards would get rounded up. The Central Park Jogger case was a flashpoint and several kids wound up in jail for years for crimes other people had committed.

Yeah, well, no one is getting rounded up in Germany. Their advice to women is to "cover up" and/or avoid those areas.

Roundups are the last place the Germans want to go for obvious historical reasons. They should be identifying the people they can who were in the crowds and deporting them if they're not naturalized citizens. Obviously they should be prosecuting the identifiable assailants, regardless of immigration status.

Remind me again who Roger Stone is? And who his book was dedicated to.

You might have a point if Stone was the only one talking about this. It's been all over the media. Even the retards on the view were discussing Clintons womanizing this week.
