The problem was the Jet D needed to be absolutely shut down, they weren't and got burned with the Bills going 4 downs on so many drives.

Really? The last 5 games weren't big games? Ok. Everybody is disappointed but listening to all the crybabies on here shit on the team is maddening. We're a 10 win team. We're a very good team. Unfortunately we needed 11 this year. Special Teams were dogshit all season and they cost us big time today. Other than that, this team is no worse then the 12 teams who are going forward. It sucks that we lost. Anyone who thinks we're not a good team isn't paying attention.
yes really...all well and good the jets won 5 games before this one, but did NOT win when it counted. It's a disappointment. If that makes people cry babies for expecting the Jets to finish the job, then so be it.
But they won today, this was a failure of a season, nobody gives a shit about the middle chapters of a novel, its the beginning and ending, and this ending was by far the worst
I'm tired of this SOJ. This team had they won today would not make it deep into the playoffs with FitzTRAGIC. He's NOT a good QB. I thought the playcalling and the fact we had no heart did us in.
So do I ,Its annoying watching the same teams year after year make the playoffs while we "wait until next year"
Truth be told, most any other season this Jets team is a .500 team with little or no chance of making the playoffs. If nothing else, their two losses to the sad sack Bills prove they are not a very good team. Yeah, there are reasons to be encouraged, but without a top tier QB running the offense, can't be too optimistic going forward.
It was a disappointing loss alright and will hurt for a little while but to get 10 wins and play meaningful games at the end to stay in it was quite enjoyable, better than the last 4-5 years....Costly interceptions hurt and time consuming hurt...This was a good Jet team. A great team, no but a great solid team...Need help at LBs, and get faster in the RB department.
I'm happy with this season and optimistic for the next one. No drama (well after Game 2 anyways), general competence, some good wins. Yes, they showed some inconsistency but in general they are going in the right direction.
It wasn't fun being surrounded by Steelers fans at the bar today hooting and hollering....I understand why Raven Fans cannot stand Pittsburgh fans...Damn
