25 years (wasted?) rooting for this team in a nutshell today. Maybe by August I'll remember why I still bother. Not even sure I'll bother watching the postseason.
This is definitely the knee-jerk reaction for most users. But honestly, if it wasn't for that terrible pass from Fitz in the end-zone, we'd have probably won that game. But from 4-12 to 10-6 is not the "Same Old Jets". They gave us a great season, but at least my blood pressure will go back to normal until September.
We're not cursed. We're just not very good. ten wins against a cupcake schedule including barely beating the Cowboys and Giants and people think the Jets were some juggernaut, well, it just isn't so.
Nothing,we draft like we were a playoff team in the bottom of the draft this year.......There's massive holes on an aging roster .We are a team built to "win now" and we failed misserably. And the icing on the cake is losing to Rex Ryan for the second straight time
Well in theory yes....... and they deserve all the criticism thrown at them but it is a good team just not good enough to consistently challenge the upper echelon teams. For some fans 10-6 is acceptable. For others its erectile dysfunction, or worse. For me, I am beginning to think i'll be dead before vlt#2 comes this way.
Yeah, I think this is pretty much a worse case scenario season. Don't even draft near the top, people get fooled by this roster because of games against terrible teams, and now Wilkerson broke his leg.
Bowles said Ivory wasn't injury limited. If that is true - and I don't think that is (I think Ivory HAD to be hurting), then their gameplan today was inexcusable.
Knee-jerk reaction? How long have you been watching this team? From Doug Brien missing two game winning field goals to Mark Gastineau roughing the passer, back to today. This is vintage same old Jets.
So next year we should expect what?13-3? And a Superbowl berth? We haven't seen the playoffs since 2010 its 2016 and all we had to do was win. Most of the blame goes to Fitz if not all of it
That why i look for someone else to fill that spot.he is always hurt,i like him but unreliable when need it most. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Thats just pathetic. Play a non-NFL RB instead of one of the ten best in the league because of a game plan.
Let's face it...are the Jets really better than the Bills? No...they're not. They're a team that got fat on a weak ass schedule . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We got rid of our old coach and lost to him twice even though we had the better team. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The one who was hurt for the biggest game was Powell--people should get off Ivory's back--he played the whole season and suited up today.
