In his case, based on his posts, I think it's accurate.

 

There's been too much static from week to week for us ever to get out to 12-2. Too many key injuries and too little continuity because players went missing from the game plan. Enunwa's suspension was obviously a much bigger deal than it looked like at the time. Similarly Owusu going in and out of the lineup and then disappearing and all the while Decker was week to week with various nagging things.

I think Bowles has done a very good job to get us out to where we are. He's sailed the smoothest course he could in choppy water.

I hate Mike Tomlin. He is the 360 degree inversion of Dungy and Bowles. A classless angry act.

Well that particular decision WAS taken out of his hands.

 

We also had one of the weakest scehedules in recent years......Compared to last season this was a cake walk.

 

I had cold feet from when we went 4-1 to 5-5 but now at 9-5 I have to say I'm very impressed with Bowles. Funny how Dolphins fans thought they won the offseason. We traded for a playing right now above average QB, 1000 yd WR, Brought our all time best CB tandem back and signed a very solid guard among many moves and a nice draft. Hats off to Mac and Bowles they've done a great job bringing us 4-12 to a 9-11 win team.

Aye, we're going to find out the next two weeks where things really stand with our team. The easier sched has allowed some of the early season kinks to be worked out without putting things too far out of reach.Playoff time began for us last week and that Cowboy game should have been over early. Sloppy play and obvious holes on the roster kept Dallas in it. Bowles has to make sure the defensive inconsistancy and spotty flatness a problem is addressed from here on out. Ne will put the game away in the first half if the Jets come out soft again and Rex 'might' get Buf geared up to win a meaningless game. I say might because it seems like he's already lost that team. Still, he gets his shit together for his personal super bowls.
