Man, I can really see Pittsburgh or KC winning the division and the Jets sneaking in ahead of wither Cincy or Denver. The backups are so unpredictable...Especailly AJ in Cincy. Other than his girlfirend, nothing about his game says they are a sure thing in any game.
Hey yeah. As I recall McCar 's GF was a Miss Alabama? Lets see...he may stay stay sucking in both departments if we are lucky lol
Sure if the Jets lose to a 4-9 team and then beat a probable 12-2 team and 7-8/8-7 team. Not very likely.
If and only if is not the same as not very likely. 90 percent of these scenarios are not very likely.
Not a lot changed.. it was a must win but it's nice for the time being to be in a 1/2 game ahead of KC and PIT. For now they are playing catch up. Broncos 10-3 Bengals 10-3 Jets 9-5 Chiefs 8-5 Steelers 8-5
We're in a very precarious situation at the moment. So much so that there's a scenario where we clinch a playoff spot next Sunday, but also one where we get eliminated next Sunday.
It's a crazy scenario because if Denver loses two of their last 3 games, the Jets are in if they win out. Both teams would be 11-5 and the Jets would take the tie breaker. Only problem is, they play Pitt today. So essentially, you'd be rooting for Pittt. Good news is, no matter who wins the game today, the Jets will have a chance. Denver plays Cincinatti next week. It is very possible that they lose both. Still rooting for a Pitt loss though
If we lose next week and Chiefs and Steelers win this week and next, we will be eliminated due to conference record.
that would suck. I at least want to go into week 17 with meaning. oh wait- Denver would also have to win next week right too? a 10-6 Jets team catches a a 10-6 Bronco team too I believe
You could be right but if Denver loses this week and next than the Bengals will be ahead of us since Broncos play them next week. Drunk at a bar, let someone who has access to a computer confirm the scenarios
I think Denver would also have to win next week -- because if Pitt wins both it means that they beat Denver this week, meaning Denver could still go 10-6 and lose the division to KC if they lose out and we would beat them in the tie breaker.
thats actually not all that far fetched of a scenario. If that happens we play at KC in the wildcard game
I really think if we do make it in, it won't be the KC/Pitt loss way. It will be because either the Bengals or Broncos do not win the division.
Fuck Ravens. Man win just 1 fucking game against Chiefs. For once help the Jets. Fuck you Baltimore the shitty Ravens.
