The situation is a little different now. Dallas knows they are dead in the water even in a terrible NFC East.
Dallas is also 1-7 without romo as their quarterback. 3-1 with him. they are worse than all of the teams we lost too
Then he needs to pull a Kerley and just fair catch them all or fall forwards for 3-5 yards. Can't risk the #2 WR getting hurt on special teams. If he's gone, opposing secondaries will just smother Marshall and this offense is going to struggle big time.
While I agree on the sunday thing...... If this chick (and attachments) doesn't understand the JETS thing now, you're in for a long bumpy road.......
I've never been more confident this season that we'll win. This is kinda disconcerting in that twisted Jets fan way.
'same old jets' would lose this game... not trying to send some bad vibes but games like this, historically, are why we are so jaded as jets fans. the cowgirls have some nice pieces don't forget. this isn't a slam dunk easy game.
Cowboys have good lines on both sides of the ball. On defense, contain RBs McFadden and Turbin. Figure the Cowboys to have Cassel working from under center more than Bradon Wheeden did when he took over for Romo, the reason being they can better mix and match as well as play action which allows for a more balanced run/pass mix. When they go play action, always have one if not two guys on Witten. Revis on Dex, Skrine on Beasley and dare Cassel to beat them from in the pocket but first, stop their OL from getting their running game on track. On offense, get what you can out of the running game to create space for Marshall/Decker. Don't give Dallas a short field or any cheap points with turnovers (make Cassel go the long field for his points): - keep Hardy off Fitz's back. - beware of their athletic LBs Sean Lee & Ronaldo McClain picking off any swing or screen passes to Powell. Try and scratch out 2o points and get the hell out of there with the unspectacular "a win's a win." Jets 23, 'Boys 17.
I think many people in this thread either A) haven't watched the Cowboys play this year, or B) are shell-shocked Jets fans who can't allow themselves to believe that any game is a slam dunk, especially when the team is in a groove. The Cowboys this season have had possibly the worst quarterback play I've ever seen. The team has a very good chance at the no.1 overall pick. Dez Bryant has been all but negated in every game. He's obviously not 100% and all of the other receivers are trash so there's no one who can pick up the slack. Dez is also dropping passes and overall has not been sharp. Their running game is not good. Their defense aside from Hardy and Lee is below average. The Jets should win this game by two touchdowns. I would be surprised if the Cowboys put up 10 points.
I haven't watched the Cowgirls too much this year but I have watched the Jets all year and I don't think they are good enough that we should consider any game as a slam dunk for them. Especially a road game
In the 6 games Matt Cassel has QB'd, the Dallas offense has found the end zone 7 times ... And 5 of those TD's were scored in two games against the Giants (#32 defense) and the Eagles (#27 defense). I'm not even a little worried about stopping them on Saturday. Just take care of the damn football and we should win this game by two scores. Maybe they put one good drive together, and their kicker is excellent so I'll give them a couple of 40+ yard FGs. 26-13 JETS
Cool. The Jets are playing the Boys on TV. That means it will be on regular TV on The West Coast. The Sri Lanka cricket team gets better coverage than the Jets on the West Coast.
