Probably a good idea if the Packers beat Cowboys today, it may put the nail in the coffin for Cowboys season
If we won out I would be shocked if we miss the playoffs. Still thinking the Steelers will be tripped up along the way but we'll see. Chiefs nearly lost today too so even with 7 straight wins Im not ready to cement them in the playoffs yet. I think as long as we do what is needed we'll find ourselves playing Wildcard weekend.
There is a strong possibility that the Jets will be 10-6 and not make it in. Even if we go 11-5, I would wager the odds are still in favor of us not making. Bengals are too good to just completely fold. Denver looks like it has found their qb of the future. Chiefs/Steelers will not lose 2 - Best chance is for us to run the table, but I see us stumbling with either the Pats or Buffalo.
I saw I watching . After the delay of game I knew it was over because Phil rivers can't fucking finish games just terrible. But if you told me the Chiefs scored 10 points today I would of bet over a 1000 dollars they lost vs the Chargers
I still think its possible that the bengals lose out, steelers lose to DEN or chiefs lose to OAK. Jets gotta win out, no question.
Our best hope of making the postseason is riding on the Jets winning out and Denver taking the wind out of Pitt's sail. Even if we're playing at home, I never feel good playing the Pats.
I'm going to the pats game row 1 behind the end zone! ill bring the noise guys we got this were gonna make the playoffs !
Houston and Oakland lined up and kicked the snot out of us. I can live with that. Philly is out of conference so it doesn't really bother me as much as Buffalo --- we HANDED that game to them. Helmet on helmet we were the better team, but we gift wrapped 12 points for them, and our coach made a bonehead decision that cost us 3 crucial points. Just a ridiculous loss. That's the game that will haunt me if we don't make it.
I'll just put it out there now that I think both the Steelers and Chiefs will lose next week. And we will take care of business in Dallas. An Alex Smith-led team is not going to win 10 straight games on their way to a playoff birth. NOT POSSIBLE.
happy we play on saturday so i can focus on the jets completely and then sunday root for the broncos completely
We never play well in Oakland so I can live with that one too. Houston games bothers me because we were basically beaten by 2 all pros in Watt and Hopkins. Plus Fitz/Ivory/Mangold not being 100 percent for that stretch hurt us. The Buffalo game is the one that pisses me off like crazy. Even if we have a chance for a win-and-in situation in Week 17, and we lose. I'll still be more pissed that we didnt take care of biz in that Thursday game.
Just take care of business fellas, stop worrying about scenarios that account for us having losses. Go out there and beat the Cowboys and then figure out the gameplan for Patriots and Bills. Cannot fall short, have the faith we build...BUILD...GET IN
Our defense should be liking their chops to go against Matt Cassel. Dez should be a good test for Revis too. Either way I feel confident about that game. Even thought I cant remember the last time we won a game in Dallas. Has to be about 20 years.
Oh he's not? Totally explains why this NFL QB won 3 national championships, a maxwell award, and finished as a runner up in the heisman in college. He won all those games because he was on a stacked team? Oh good thing the Bengals are pretty stacked and play 2 of the worst teams in the NFL only needing to win 1 to make the playoffs.
1999: Jets 22 Cowboys 21 The Jets led by Ray Lucas beat Dallas on a late John Hall FG - their only win at Dallas in 3 lifetime games.
