Well we hold position 6 of the POs right now so if we were to win the least we would be is 6 as no one can pass us. We have to root for all other 7-5 teams to lose more games so that we get some space between them & us. Since we play Bflo last game of the year we should take care of our business with them by ourselves. The NEP now are in a must win situation to boost up there rankings which is NOT good news from us
we would "control our own destiny" but it would mean running the table, beating the pats and bills. i think a 3-1 finsih is most likely for us, pitt or KC will need to lose twice.
they are a solid team, with veterans, a good game manager, a good coach in a league riddled with horrible teams. they wont beat themselves, and most teams will
I don't see us losing to anyone but NEP.. and we're home we can possibly pull that off. If the steeers can lose to cinci on sunday and we win THEN we're good to go.. for the time being.
i think us losing 2 games is a ton more likely then pittsburg losing twice. i doubt the chiefs lose once.
Not counting on it but I could see the Chefs losing to Oakland and we only need one other screw up. Not likely. Pittsburgh still looks damn dangerous but they could lose to @ Cincy and to Denver. Love that their last 2 games are away in division grudge matches. Still very winnable games for Pitt. I think it's all going to come down to that week 17 game at Buffalo. Wowza. _
Who you think we lose to? I really think we beating buffalo to close the year. we'll take one more L to NE. Steelers got Cinci this week and Denver the next. I like our on paper chances, but i'm not 100% confident
I wouldn't look past this Titans team or the Cowboys in two weeks... You know how we play following a huge win, and the Cowboys have new life only 1 game back in their division.. Tennessee is up next and I am not looking anywhere past that.
Lol new life? did u watch that game last night? They're offense is attrocious. & secondary is suspect outside of Byron Jones in coverage. If we lose to Matt Cassel, the guy scared to throw to anybody that's not a check down... then WE stink. Everybody has been beating them up for a reason. Not looking past titans though, their defense will give Fitz fits! lol. I'm not worried about their offense though we stop TE's really well and DGB will be on Revis Island. But we're the jets so..
A loss to Tenn @ home, and he should feel heat. No reason not to win this game barring injury. Too many games this season where we started slow, and looked unprepared. At this point in the season he is no longer a rookie HC.
Shocked Alex Smith is throwing the football down the field, normally he plays like a pussy and checks down as often as possible. Maclin must've gotten in his head. No Jamaal Charles either.
KC and Pitt have to fancy themselves to beat any team led by Matt Schaub and even if Manziel suddenly sets the world on fire he's on a team coached by Mike Pettine with no weapons other then over the top to Benjamin. Even on our worse day we'd be tentativly chalking up the W same as we would if we were facing the Chargers as KC get the opportunity to do. So almost by default you're looking at KC on 10 wins and the Steelers on 9. I think therefore we're going to need a 3-1 finish to get in.
What really worries me is the Jills have the Eagles who in all probability cannot get the same fluke plays they had last week, the Cowboys and also the Skins. So even if we win our next 3, if we get sweeped then they pip us at the last gasp.
