When you consider how much pressure he was under today. you could make the argument that this was the best game of his career. He was great.

What do you mean we ARENT obviously winning a super bowl with him? Are you seriously giving up on our super bowl hopes already? You are an absolutely awful fan. Simply terrible.
Havahrd gave us JFK but much more important Ryan Fitzpatrick#####!!!!!! Ready for this Fitz got 7 wins!!
Good game for Mr Fitzpatrick today. Has impressed me and changed myind about him throughout this season
Some quarterbacks are mediocre in the regular season but elevate their game to another level in big games. Eli Manning and Joe Flacco are prime examples, Mark Sanchez is another, whether some of you want to admit it or not. The thing about Fitz is that he's never really played meaningful late season football in his career, so we don't know if he's that type of guy. Given how fiery and competitive he is, I can see it. Hopefully this Fitz keeps showing up, it'd give us a chance.
What I'll caution is that the statistics of QBs going against the Giants defense this season are better than Tom Brady's stats; they pretty much turn every QB into Brady (which is insane).
This team is bad ... we just look better than we did the last couple years because, unlike Sanchez and Geno, Fitzpatrick is a competent NFL QB (not good, but competent) and he doesn't singlehandedly piss games away on a regular basis. That may sound like im knocking Fitz, but I'm not. I'm delighted with "competent" - it's nice to not have three or four games a year where you can turn the TV off after the first quarter because you know "Geno is being Geno" and the team has no chance whatsoever. I just wish the rest of the team was playing competently.
