Have you heard about the plan the Polish foreign minister suggested? Basically says countries should take in those who are unable (too old, too young, mothers etc) then arm and train anyone who is of age and of healthy mind an body and send them right back. Essentially, we will shield your wife and children now go fight for your homeland. I'm not entirely sure how i feel about it but definitely an interesting take on it.
It's a dream, it won't work. Not in Poland and especially not in US. Not to mention, this would constitute declaration of was by Poland or US on whichever country's official was accidentally killed by people you trained. Now if you don't mind declaring war, here is another utopian idea... Give ISIS their own country - with borders, name, diplomatic relationships; the whole 9 yards. Then wait for them to settle in there and nuke the whole place. (no, I don't support this, and it won't work either)
Ukraine is a big European country that could actually help out a lot with Syrian refugees. Ukraine should offer up the Crimea or Donetsk as places for the refugees to settle.
