Can't lose a game to a mediocre at best team when we have 10 days to prepare and they have a short week. BTW, that sounds like scheduling that would happen to the Jets, doesn't it?

This game should be a blowout which means we'll probably need Randy Bullock for a game winning field goal

    Bowles with that flame thrower.

Also, Pryor will probably play this week...unless he's playing with our emotions.

Geez, Bowles sounds like a big Devin Smith fan, huh?

Bowles sounds like a rookie coach that is being realistic. Get over it. The team is losing. The last dipshit rookie coach we had was guaranteeing championships.

Get over yourself. We're going to deal with another rookie head coach, except this time, thankfully, the guy isn't living up to a father that failed dozens of times in the same respect. Todd Bowles is able to learn, he won't just bully himself into the process.

After witnessing 3 weeks of mediocre (or worse) football from this team, I need to see a good week of football before I expect anything from them.

Texans Defense looking good tonight. Not too worried about their O.

Hoyer just jogged off the field. Yates in the game. It's in our favor but I'm not sure how the NFL managed to match up a team coming off a TNF game and a team coming off a MNF game.

I'm actually a Bowles fan and have been since he got on board. I think he's struggled the last few weeks and it's been frustrating, but I am very optimistic about him. He's having some issues, but I'm feeling good that he will get through it. He needs a year or two. I'm impatient, but decades of being a Jets fan will do that to you. I couldn't wait for Rex to get out of town. He was a blowhard who's time was more than up here. I actually like that Bowles is not afraid to voice his opinion on somebody like D. Smith.

Terrible scheduling by the NFL but I'm not complaining. Hoyer could be out in concussion protocol but I think regardless of who starts for Houston we should win this game.

Good. You don't have to watch anymore since you know the outcome. Take your bullshit over to the BS forum. You may return during OTA's.

Texans are looking solid tonight, not much O but shutting down the 8-0 Bengals. Given that they are so shaky in all phases, Jets are in no way a sure thing next week

Okay, so now the Jets are playing a team who just knocked off the (8-0) Bengals and are in 1st Place in the AFC South..........

Things change quick in the NFL!

Our offense is better than theirs. However, Watt will likely feast on our O-line. Going to be tough, especially if Fitz shows any sign of discomfort in that thumb.

    I think we win though.

Watt feasts on any O-line, and he WILL get some sacks. Its what he does.

But I think the mismatch on the other side of the ball is just too much for them to get anything on us. I'd be shocked if they scored more than 14 meaningful points on offense, meanwhile the Jets O will get their chances.

How about the fact that Houston has outscored their opponents by a combined 66 points in the fourth quarter this season? Best in the NFL. Of course, they have also been down big a lot early in games. Just one of those quirky stats.
