You have never played Hearthstone I bet. Grom has been a Warrior staple card for years now. The Warcraft story pales in comparison to the Starcraft one. Has anyone even played the first Warcraft I Orcs and Humans game? The game is awesome, if you still live in 1995! No one gives a fuck about Orcs vs Humans in 2015. The Starcraft storyline would have made them so much more money than the Warcraft one, I want to laugh at the idiot suit exec at Blizzard who thought otherwise.
No I've never played hearthstone. I know the Warcraft storyline and Grom is pretty important, not really so much so until Warcraft 2 but you'd think they'd have him in there somewhere. Totally agree with you about Starcraft.
Dude, I bet you can make more money selling the SC story to the hordes of Koreans who treat SC1/SC2 as a national sport than selling Orcs vs Humans to Americans in 2015. 99% of the WoW fanbase never played that game. There are no Night Elves, no Undead, none of "Warcrafts" heroes in the movie. It's fucking Orcs vs Humans. I also don't see how SC is less popular than WC. Is it because there is no SC MMO?
I would have to agree, to see a Brood War Starcraft movie ... I played WoW, and the original Warcraft games - SC has an awesome story.

All you dudes thinking nobody cares about orcs vs humans should research this little heard of movie franchise called Lord of the Rings. It had a similar theme and did ok. I mean, I think they made a few hundred dollars.
LOTR was a book franchise before it was a movie franchise and made almost twice as much selling books than movies in the end. WC over SC for movies is an awful choice.
So you'd bet that a star craft movie geared toward Koreans would make more then a Warcraft movie geared toward every fantasy geek out there? Sorry to say SC isn't nearly as popular outside of Korea as you may think it is.
