Baseball would ban him for life. However neither kraft nor Roger have any morals so nothing will happen.

They would have to ban 28 owners who have deals with one of the DFS sites.

This is insane. I had no idea it wasn't just a few rogue owners.

most of those are marketing deals. there is a difference in a simple marketing partnership vs. being a Series D investor and owning an actual stake in the company which is what Kraft has going with Draft Kings.

Jerry Jones also has a stake so its not just the Kraft group but your post is misleading. 28 owners don't have the relationship that Kraft has. Big, big difference between simply letting them put an ad on the sideline apron VS. owning a piece of the unregulated "business", especially when you are a key influence in the industry they are involved with

32 owners have a marketing deal. Two owners were smart enough to double down.

they could have operated just under the radar for years, instead they got greedy, put the target n their own backs and now are about to get crushed.

Does this mean they have to stop playing those fucking repetitive constant verbose monotonous jerkoff commercials every 3 minutes?

    Thank the Lord.

The biggest key to that is the paragraph that says the NFL does not have any type of ownership in either site but 2 owners Kraft and Jones do so trying to spin the scumbaggery that is your owner with 26 other owners who only have marketing agreements in place is the Patriot way. We're scum so we're going to try an make it seem like everyone else is.

For the record fuck Fanduel , Draftkings and the NFL. Vegas has been doing all of this legally for years but the NFL wasn't able to get a piece of that pie so they've done everything they can to vilify Vegas while propping up these shady companies.

I think it's safe to say that dude that won $350,000 who works on one of those sites is going to be fired and blackballed. These sites were operating seamlessly around the laws until this moron's winnings became public.

With no control on how they operated, are you sure they were not skimming? It'd so easy to set up the system where one of your guys is always in the top 10, skimming 10-20% off every pot.

I'm giving you a great investment idea but move to Costa Rica yesterday and start one of these sites, the DFS will soon be not much different than Bodog or any of the other off shore sports betting sites.

I am totally against the banning of this. I live in NJ so I can still play, but it's banned for the sole reason of the government not getting a slice of the pie. Horse racing is legal.. And inhuman. The lottery is legal. The slot machines and keno machines are legal in NY.

This attorney general is an ass clown. "Oh, not on my watch, people aren't going to get duped" -- there is no duping if you're educated!!! You can get duped into anything in this world if you aren't educated. I spend hours of my week in finding defensive efficiencies and update spreadsheets weekly in order to find, what i think, is the best roster possible.

I think that's one of the concerns. They are switching a Ryan Tannehill with a Drew Brees 7 TD game to keep all of the money in house to the top winners.

The post above is spot on. As soon as these sites decide to cut in each state in the profit it'll be legal and booming. Until then it's slowly going to become illegal in all states that aren't New Jersey and like Iowa and places like that. Florida, New York, Nevada, Texas, Cali, etc. Are all going to make this illegal very quickly.
