Honestly Rex is such a troll, I have no doubt he cuts IK after this game. I honestly think he picked him up months ago, and recently put him on the active roster just to troll the Jets with this move. I don't think IK can actually play in his defense, he literally is trolling for headlines and lulz at this point, guy is potentially mentally ill.
This may be the first time in NFL history that you could make a strong argument for one player being named captain for both teams in a game, obviously he'd have to be an honorary captain for the Jets.

Don't get the logic. Why make the guys that played for his former team captains? Why is it always about Rex? Why hasn't he done it here with the Jets? One could argue that he only came up with this whole thing to justify making IK a team captain. Pretty messed up in the head that man. I'm glad he didn't change. The backup QB is 5-2 with over 60% completions, 13 TDs and 7 INTs in the 7 games he's played. Hell, I'd make IK a captain for us.
So the trick play for the game will be held until Enemkpali checks in on a passing down. Geno replaces Fitzpatrick in the wildcat and then the snap goes to Kerley instead who hits Marshall for a 70 yard TD as Enemkpali, foaming at the mouth, buries Geno for a 15 yard penalty on the ensuing kickoff.
