That's fair enough...I don't know why some Jet fans need to attack and beat the hell out of this line of thinking We'll all know the answer on Geno soon enough so no need in the nastiness I've never seen a player make fans hate eachother more, it's ridiculous
"I could get a good look at a T-bone steak by sticking my head up a bulls ass but I'd rather take the butchers word for it."
The only way to judge a QB cannot be on a day when most of the rest of the team plays terribly. Geno's role is not to carry the team, neither is Fitz's. If the D plays bad like today, we lose. It doesn't give us deep insight into where we are at QB.
Giants were down 14 points, they didn't give up. They lost, but in their post games Coughlin credited them with fighting through and getting the lead in the 4th.
Eli Manning is a really good QB, some would say a HOFer (not me, but it's a debate). I'm not sure it's fair to Fitz or Geno to compare them to him. And in year 3, Eli had plenty of detractors as well.
Well, he might not have the weapons, if Marshall and Decker are banged up. But if they are hampered and Geno craps the bed again I'm sure that will be the excuse.
Care to make a friendly wager? When Geno sucks all to shit(assuming he plays), I get to pick your avatars for a week and if by some act of God he plays a good game you can each pick my avatar for a week. To set the standard for a good game: Geno must have a better game, statistically, than Fitz best game this year.
I don't know either. I would bet if Geno won the SB somebody on here would have something to complain about.
Funny how you go from broken English to excellent English to broken English like you're snapping your fingers. Fucking fake.
You could flank Geno with Julio Jones and Megatron and he would still run out of bounds when he is 10+ yards behind the LOS at crucial parts of the game. Those consistent mental lapses have nothing to do with weapons.
from what I have been reading Geno might be to banged up so we might get to see the FUTURE next week!
The point being, sometimes the D carries the O, sometimes the O has to carry the D. Geno has been pissed all season that he wasn't the starter. He thinks he should be. Geno had the opportunity to show everyone this should be his job, he failed. I give him credit for a few good drives, but he didn't lift the team. No one is saying today, Geno is the answer. No one is thinking Geno can take the job from Fitz.
I feel like you criticize Geno for some of his plays late in the game but the team needs to lift themselves and have some pride after getting embarrassed on multiple drives (specifically the defense but you can throw the o-line in there too).....It's an absolute garbage performance from the coaching staff on down and I wouldn't put that on Fitz Geno or any QB
Exactly, Geno looked like the same guy as last year and the year before. With the exception of the handful of genobots on this thread who think Geno could win a super bowl or be the next Eli, everyone else sees he isn't the answer. .
I must be honest.....i had to fkin work during the game and couldnt catch ALL of it.....but besidex the fact that he couldnt overcome a 3 td deficit and obviously made some mistakes.....I saw him throwing darts around the field.....wasnt he around 20 for 25 at one point. I saw BM light up the second half. I caught a beautiful td pass/play.....his second..i missed his first and i missed the int He wasnt flawless... the team sucked today on a whole. But the criticism...i THINK is way overblown......I FEEL no other player gets this type of bias lmao. He hasnt played all year. He practices with the second team. I dont see objectivity...im just saying. Nothing to do with a Geno cyborg terror squad either. Just an observation from someone who admittedly missed much. Sent from my SM-G386T1 using Tapatalk
