Mix of good and bad. Threw the ball well at times but struggled when Marshall went out with injury. Ate a couple dumb sacks. Had a big run but then took a big lick at the end instead of going out of bounds. Similar to usual, flashes of greatness but maddening inconsistency. He threw the ball well overall though I would say
Situationally made a couple mental mistakes. Made some good throws out there and moved decently in the pocket. Drifted backwards at times in the pocket. He was a threat to stretch the field. If he wasn't hurt I wouldnt have minded him starting the next game. Gameplanning around him is the same as Fitzpatrick except you can stretch the field a bit more offensively Overall no immediate improvement into a starter
Looked great throwing the ball and showed good running ability. The dumb decisions towards the end of the game ruined his solid outing. Regardless, the loss today isn't put on the backup QB, backup C, or Chan Gailey. It's pretty obvious we had no chance with our elite defense forcing 1 punt which didn't come until the 4th quarter.
Overall he was also put in a tough spot coming in mid-game with the D in a full-blown meltdown. Did enough to make you see his potential but the mental mistakes will have his haters out in full force.
Fuck geno, all the geno supporters still around should be done after today. We can't cut ties with this loser quick enough. I'll take fitz with a broken hand or mo will at ab. He's a disgrace, thank god Ik empaneli broke his face or the Jets would be 0/7. Another one of the idzik 19 shows how valueless he is
He looked alright for the most part, took some bad sacks late in the game. This is something he can build on if he starts next week.
Yeah I think we can win games with him, but not when the D gives up 34. If we can keep teams in the 17-23 range, Geno can make enough plays to win us games. If you are asking him to lead you back from 3 TDs down, he just doesn't have the mental ability to match his physical skills
geno made some good throws. His football IQ is among the worst in the league. still doesn't understand how to dropback properly, doesn't know how to throw the ball away, still has happy feet, doesn't know how to react under pressure.
Some teams (pats*, packers, Colts) are so fortunate. I wonder if their spoiled rotten fans have any clue what it's like. What it's like to have arguably the most important skilled position on the team filled with some of the worst players on the team. While they get consecutive HOF quarter backs .
I think he'll be fine, we need to have the same mentality we had with Fitz, lean on the run game and defense and let the qb pick his spots.
He's an incredible athlete, just a terribly inadequate NFL QB. This season hinges on Ryan FItapatrick.
Geno was Geno, remember the Raiders have one of the worse passing defense in the league it might be the worse
