So who do we root for on Thursday. I don't think we can win the division so I am rooting for the Pats to beat Miami. This could be a good 2 weeks for us regarding putting ourselves in good position for a playoff run. Its us, Pitt, Oak, Mia and Buff right now for 2 spots since the AFC is pretty pathetic. I can see Mia, Oak and Pitt losing this weekend and next week Mia plays Buff and Oak plays the Pitt with us at home vs. the Jags. Its never to early to look at the standings at start deciding who to root for . Of course that can change but there are a lot of 1 and 2 win teams that I think are out of it. I am not sure I believe in Oak, Buff or Mia but based on there record, that's where we are. Thoughts?
The Dolphins DBs aren't good or physical enough to keep this game close. Too many easy releases, Brady will get the ball out way too quickly so the pass rush won't even matter. This game shouldn't be close no matter who we're rooting for. Hopefully the Pats pick up 2 or 3 losses before our next matchup with them, but it won't be this one.
Wouldn't mind seeing the ticking time bomb Suh unload on mini skirt brady....kick to the head is standard operating procedure. Hopefully there is a fight, pure entertainment
If Suh comes within 5 yds of Brady, it will start snowing flags and Goddell will fine Suh on the spot. God forbid Suh inadvertently kicks Brady in the head. Any bets the league blows that off like they did when Suh kicked Fitz?
You cheer for the Dolphins, easily. The AFC East is still within reach. It's a win-lose no matter what though. One of them will lose, which is great, but one will win.
Dolphins, three reasons: 1. Eliminate any chance of NE running the table. 2. Jets are ahead of Miami as it is - take care of business head-to-head and they remain in front of them. 3. The Patriots.
I wonder if they have special counseling sessions with Suh before these New England games. "#12 is your friend." I bet they slip some anti anger medicine in his morning smoothie too. I would love to see the time bomb Suh Thursday though lol Either way, I always root for Br*dy to get some..
I'm rooting for Mercury Morris to suit up on the d-line so he can skull fuck Tom Brady to death while softly whispering into his ear sweet nothings about the Fins real undefeated season. Obviously we want the Fins to win this. Any opposing arguments will be immediately dismissed as rubbish without thought.
I think RG would let Suh give Brady "the business" this week with no fines. Especially with the appeal coming up this offseason.
As petty as it is, I care about the Patriots not winning the Super Bowl almost as much as I care about our playoff chances. At this venture, I root for the Patriots to lose every game, so long as we continue to be 2nd place in the division.
You dont root for the Pats..just root against the Dolphins. Best case scenario , how many games are the Pats going to lose this season? 2? 3 at the very most? Are we really gonna go 13-3 or better? No We're better off with Miami losing.
The game is in New England. Not only will the water on the Fin's sideline be warm, it will be spiked with Prozac
I will root against NE and hope for a tie. My money is with NE, my heart is with neither, my brain says the ideal scenario is for NE to loose in heart braking fashion, where the game ends with a very questionable call, causing the Pats owner to loose his cool and blame Roger Godell for sabotage. Rooting for NE is never appropriate, unless is in a do-or-die situation for the Jets to make the playoffs. We still control our own destiny. We just need to take care of business.
Dolphins are my least favorite team in the NFL but I still hope they beat the Pats. I want the division this year it's a long shot but if we take care of business and beat the pats at home next time there's hope.
That's my feeling exactly. What's happen to this site? Where's the intelligent back and forth. Fuck Brady, what kind of childish shit is this. No shit F Brady but that's not what I asked. I am not saying I am going to wave my Pats pom poms or do I stand up and yell first down when the Pats get one but unless Brady goes down the Jets are not keeping pace with them.
