If we're talking about old favorites does anyone remember Pabst Bock. No longer manufactured. Many years ago I'd go to an establishment that had it on draft. And we'd patiently wait until that day in February when it was delivered.
Obama's the first POTUS to brew beer at the White House. He brought a brewing kit and he and Sam Kass (a senior nutritional policy advisor) reviewed some beer cookbooks and have come up with these White House home spun offerings: https://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2012/09/01/ale-chief-white-house-beer-recipe
@JStokes , @matt robinson 17 Forget about those fancy beers please. This is the beer to die for. Cheap old Coors Light
I used to drink Coors when it first came to the East Coast. Lived in the Hamptons the summer before I went to college-1977- and all we drank was Coors or Michelob. We had no idea what a "banquet beer" was but we bought into it. When I was first married all I drank was Coors Extra Gold. LOVED the 30 pack. _
Thanks. I wasn't drinking back then. I waited until I was 21 and my first drink was red wine. Couldn't warm to beers until my late 20's. I am 37 now by the way and all I drink is Coors Light and White Wine. I am becoming a pussy.
Was Michael Corleona one of the good guys or bad guys? You guys got me once. I won't allow a second time
So pcl my sir. What is the difference between a Lager, Pilsener and Banquet or any other beer? Please educate me.
Warm in the supermarket. Kept us lads in the brew if we were short on the money. Had to be ice cold tho. My fav was the Rheingold 'chug-a-mug'...again...cold. I actually really liked Rheingold Dry Beer
He was the Don after his dad Vito Corleone, Vito told Mike I drink too much wine lately and Mike said it's good for you Pop, he was right!
