Tom Brady hates teams that have a strong interior pass rush and I think by game 6 that will describe the Jets fairly well. Somebody has to make him look bad in the first 6 games. It's like an unwritten Brady rule.

I'll take you're word. I didn't watch that game but I picked STL to win because I thought they match up well.

This team is much different from last years. Jets have 13 takeaways through 4 games this year, which is as many as all of last year. The defense is on pace to give up just over 200 points this season, which is on par to the 2009 team. For comparison, last year Jets gave up 400 points.

Bottom line is that the Jets should win many games with their defense. 10-6 is very possible with their schedule. Get into the playoffs and see what happens. The Patriots game in a few weeks will be a good test.

On paper, home games against Redskins, Jaguars, Titans, Bills (Rex is terrible on a short week) and Dolphins are all winnable. Raiders and Texans are winnable road games. Toss up games are at Giants and home vs Patriots. They'll probably lose at bills, at dallas and at patriots.

The way Ivory plays, they need to protect him from himself.

He had some brutal runs today.

We're 3-1 should be 4-0 heading into the bye. That's the truth.

Let's see how they improve when they come out of the bye.

We've given up the fewest points in the league thru 4 games. That includes two teams with a bye this week.

I sure hope Sheldon doesn't take another hit. TB can really expand his packages with Sheldon's versatility, and obviousy SR's talent.

Good time for the bye. Get healthy. And the staff can take stock and adjust moving forward.

thank god for the bye.. I heard no mention of our injuries...harris,williams, and pryor... like all in the last quarter. anyways, if ever a rich-guy was underpaid, it was chris Ivory. what fun to watch.

The thought that scares me is, look at how the Bills beat Miami and then look at how New England beat Buffalo, I know this is football and sometimes that kind of stuff doesn't matter that much but you know is a good measurement stick. How do you think we'll fare against NE?

When we get Sheldon back we are going to be scary on defense.....I hope he has something to prove because he was our most talented d lineman

Pound Ivory and blitz the hell out of Brady....even if he gets the ball off just keep hitting him and try to rattle him

Not scared of New England at all....they are a great team so far this season but that's why they play the game....The Jets have played them tough for years win or lose

Do you even watch the games or do you just look up sack stats?

I wonder if he played linebacker or something in high school. I sometimes see him run straight at defenders just to hit them. He gives zero fucks.

D has looked really good so far, though I'm not sure if it's because of the opponents. I love what i have seen from the secondary. The next game against the Pats should be a real test for what the D will really be

Offense is good enough to beat mediocre teams so far. The receivers are good. Ivory runs like a beast; though i'm not sure if he can keep running this way for a whole season and not be hurt consistently. Oline has played well for the most part. The unit will struggle against any decent defense though because of the QB play

Haven't liked special teams at all so far

Not every week, but after the bye we play Washington, who is terrible. Let's just worry about taking care of business against the 'Skins at home and getting to 4-1 before we turn our sights on the Pats.

Of course I don't watch the games genius, I rely on you for information, if I remember correctly you were the one licking Cromarties nuts saying how great he was, perhaps you should watch a game or 2

Not only does this historic defense, which I've been force feed since Rex was here, can't create any pass rush, yesterday was the first game the held the opposing offence under a 100yrds rushing.

Playing shit teams with mediocre offence's and beating your chest how great the defense is, is a little early
