I was one who hated the pick at the time. I wanted Kevin White something fierce. Looks like it's working out in our favor. Hindsight being 20/20, not knowing about the Richardon stuff at the time and the leverage we would ultimately need with Wilkerson.
Can't believe Sheldon would get punishment after he becomes active next week. It makes no sense for him to come back and then get suspended again in the same year. The NFL had a chance to hand down punishment right then and there, but they did not. Remember, the NFL has lost so many times in court against players in recent years and now they're dealing with Brady's case, which is probably taking up most of their resources right now. I think they are waiting until the verdict of the case, which isn't supposed to happen for like 8 months or so at the soonest. I'd speculate that since most charges were dropped other than reckless driving, Richardson get 1-2 games in the beginning of the 2016 season.
