I've tried to break the ridiculous insecurity that links what I do to my sports teams success, but right now I'm regretting making fun of the dead girl who was playing with a gun with her boyfriend and is now cursing the Mets to get back at me.

Noah actually dominated the Dodgers on the road to the tune of 2 hits over 6 innings with only a solo homer to Gonzalez given up. He followed this road start up with 7 innings of 2 run ball IN St Louis. When he wants to turn it on he can. I wouldn't be afraid of starting him on the road.

The longer they wait, the more I think we are getting some bad news.

Safe? He was out, but ok ha A lot of sexual innuendo from our commentators today. Oh and I hoped that Niese would look ok out of the bullpen but he hasn't :-(

Let's hope the Phillies don't act stupid the remainder of this series and hurt one of our guys.

I can understand Rupp's reaction but that one just got away from Robles.

Parnell on to blow the game.

    tomorrow is a bullpen game

    Gilmartin gets the start

may not even make it through 3 innings given how unstretched out he is

Its become expected at this point.

How he's even still on the major league roster at this point is a joke.

And incase any of us still needed proof that Niese cannot be counted on to do anything this postseason , the past 2 nights have proved that too.

Clippard is beginning to be a major concern as well. The Reed trade, which was looked at as mostly an afterthought, could become pretty huge if he is able to hold down an 8th inning job.

All in all its not good to have this many question marks a week and a half away from our first playoff game.

Giants did us a favor last night. Gotta break out the lumber today...let's go.

Doesn't sound good with Uribe. That sucks. Losing the experience and savvy for the pressure cooker is a hit. Gonna miss him for late inning D and pinch hitting...maybe a spot start

Clippard missed a little time with a back and hasn't been right since.

Yeah but apparently Cespedes was available to play today so that's a great thing.

Today's lineup was a DISGRACE. Especially since we were trying to avoid a sweep at the hands of a AAA team. Someone better remind our manager that the season isn't over. If we blow HFA we become big underdogs against the Dodgers. I hate to say it, but it is what it is .... Kershaw and Greinke don't lose at home. They don't give up runs at home. They're basically unhittable at home. The numbers don't lie.

This series was an unmitigated disaster. We better regroup and win at least two games this weekend or we're in BIG trouble.
