Niese has failed his first test out of the bullpen.

“If Papelbon not choking him at the time” lmao

Nothing like losing to the worst team in baseball when you need to be winning games.... let's go Giants.

Kershaw looking unhittable tonight. Decent chance LA is gonna clinch and pull to within a game of us.

We hold the tiebreaker though so gonna take some really shitty play on our part of blow the home field.

speaking of Matz, he was scratched for tomorrow. Verrett is scheduled to start now.

Matz is going tomorrow, Thursday. Seems to be okay. Terry and Sandy were both joking around about it...whatever that was all about?

Really wanna see them get home field here. DeGrom starting at home in game 1, and maybe game 5. Thor at home in game 2.

Going against Grienke and Kershaw makes it pretty much a must.

Wonder who gets game 4 if it comes to that? Matz or Colon? In LA that's a tough one right there

A lot of people on ESPN Radio today were saying how its better off to be on the road first in the Mets Dodgers series. Absolutely not. If we are on the road, then you have to pitch Thor game 3. He cannot pitch on the road, kind of sad, but it's the truth. DeGrom, Thor, Harvey. Regardless, Harvey seems to be the pivotal game 3 starter which I like. I just hope he isn't TOO fired up and overthrowing where it can backfire.

    Opening the flood gates tonight.

Conforto goes deep to opposite field as good as anyone in the league right now.

This kid is going to be a stud. I am so happy I ordered his jersey a few days ago. I got the Conforto camouflage one.

Outside of the pitchers, Conforto is without a doubt the first young player the Mets have had to be excited about since Wright came up.
He is going to be big star in this league.

He's becoming one of my favorite players and quickly. He and d'Arnaud.

Keith was saying the other day he sees Conforto as a batting champ.

    I don't doubt it.

It looked more like a finger/hand than a wrist.

What would the timetable be for a broken pinky?
