Lol. You mean the defense that only gave up 17 points the entire game? And most of it was because of the short field the Eagles offense had because we decided to turn it over in our own territory? Yeah...completely on the defense.....smh

I blame the defense for not getting the requisite number of turnovers for the offense to score enough points to win

I blame Geno's groupies for making me feel dirty about the idea of letting him play at any point in the season.

And I blame Don for the planet having 10 average IQ points less than it should.

What? Is this for real. We lost by 7 points after a first half marred by self inflicted wounds , yet we kept the Eagles scoreless in the second half and we came within reach before we did it to ourselves again. It was a terrific second half defensive adjustment, we kept them in check even with our anemic offensive plan and you call it the worst loss in years.? Sure they dropped a couple of long passes, so did we. It was a disappointing game for sure, but it was far, far and away better than many of the games we played last year. Most of them in fact.
Just go see the 2014 Jets under Rex particularly after a buy and tell me this was not light and day better than a team that started the game flat and finish it even flatter, without a clue of how to make adjustments at half time.

It doesn't really matter who is to blame because the season is over and we might not even win another game.

Is this that bad of a loss? I've seen WAY worse losses than yesterday.

This loss stings because a good franchise would have ready to step on the throat of the eagles and come out with juice. A win here makes me think we can reach 11. Now i'm still in the 8/9 camp. Probably missing the playoffs. But I don't get emotionally invested until week 8. A win against Miami makes me forget this one though. This is SOJ loss, nothing more.

You hate to see a down team get healthy against the Jets, and that is exactly what happened yesterday. Strong teams do not let that happen. The Jets are not there yet.

But to go much beyond that into negativity is inappropritae. Wait to see what happens in the Miami game.
