Meet Ed Marynowitz It's Marynowitz's job to do the "scouting and evaluating personnel". The only thing that changed when Howie Roseman was "promoted" was Marynowitz was brought in to manage the personnel and scouting department, and now Chip instead of Howie has final say on personnel decisions.

yes in some alternate reality where sanches plays like aaron rodgers then he would be a good qb. but i live here on planet earth. where sanchez doesnt do that, and is absolutely terrible on a weekly basis.
