Least Favorite Jets/Sports reporter?

Manish just exaggerates the extremes to get clicks. When we're bad he tries to sell us as the worst team of all time. Right now he's writing about how we're "huge threats" to the Patriots and conference contenders. Brian Costello made my shit list yesterday with the Revis bullshit.

Some guys I really like are Chris Lopresti, Corey Griffin and Connor Hughes.

Though I definitely don't read everything Manish writes, he does seem to be less full of crap since Rex Ryan left town. Am I the only one who remembers when he first started and wasn't writing trash, even if it was probably only for the span of like a third of a season?

 

Everything Adam Schein does and says makes me want to punch him in the face.

 

Mehta and Dyer

 

Cimini gets way too much hate from Jet fans. He's a little pessimistic, sure. But is there anything he says that's factually incorrect? You might not like his tone, but he's usually on the money with his observations of the team. Not to mention, he's got tons of sources within the Jets organization and is usually the first to report on major events. He's a pretty decent beat reporter if you don't mind a slightly negative slant. Plus, he has a pretty funny sarcastic voice to his writing, if you dig that type of thing.

Maneesh Mehta worst. Best would have to be the entire group at the SNY post game. They have the pulse of the fans. Mike Westoff is awesome. Ray lucas even better.

 

Cimini, he's too negative. He may be right most of the time, but he always finds a way to slight the Jets, even when things are going well.

He also had the whole controversy with creating a fake account to go after Mehta...I don't find him trustworthy.

Although he isn't technically a Jets beat writer, I'd throw Gary Myers down an open elevator shaft and drop a diarrhea shit down there on top of him. Worthless liver-lipped fucktard.

 

I could give a shit about any of them. Yeah I read what they say but I look into more to see if a few are confirming it.

Dyer and Costello. They're not smart when discussing football.

Cimini tweaks Jets fans, but you can tell from his writing that he has good football knowledge.

 

You're right he's annoying. But Mehta will always get my vote.

 

I forgot about Serby. One of the best moments in Jets history. On or off the field.
