I was smack talking my Cowboys fan brother-in-law the other day, saying NFCE was the worst division in the league. I didn't realize I was right.
It probably is/was even when Dallas is at full strength. Suddenly the Jets playing them this year seems like a good matchup for us.
I still think Dallas has to be considered the favorite..mostly because they are 2-0 within the division. But yeah I cant see the winner being any better than 8-8 when its all said and done. Giants always seem to luck out when it comes to that division.
That's a terrible loss for the Dolphins against the Jags this week. These are the losses that come back and bite you later on in the season when you're fighting for a playoff spot.
With the way the Eagles looked today it's hard to take them seriously as the favorite with the Dallas injuries. I think the NFC East is the most interesting division in the league. It's totally up for grabs now.
What a weird week. Today was the first time in NFL history the Raiders, Jaguars, Browns, Redskins, and Buccaneers all won. If you don't have stock in those teams you probably didn't have a good week. gonna be an unusual amount of 1-1 fantasy teams this yr. Bills & 49ers had lock down defenses last week both got completely shredded. The Eagles only scored 3 points in 58 minutes and got beat by Brandon Weeden. Jameis Winston who is probably the worst QB I've ever watched won a game against Drew Brees. The Rams made the Redskins defense look like they're better than the Seahawks. The Vikings looked helpless last week and dominated this week. All signs point to the Jets winning tomorrow. Chaos.
Seems like teams have forgotten how to count. Green Bay wasting 2 time outs here while trying to run the play clock. Same with Giants, Jags, etc. Early season woes?
