    Although criminal charges were dropped the kid has received no apology from the police or the school and remains suspended. Does there exist a sane person in the Irving School District? What kind of total failure of judgement allows no one in the administration to correct this idiocy? They should all resign.

    I should hope the school would call the police in when a kid brings in what looks like a bomb. I don't give a fuck what the kids name was.

    Those photos are being presented with the intent to deceive. The photo on the left is of a pencil box. The adults involved all knew this.
    For the STEM agenda, this story could only be better if Ahmed was a young girl.

    Yes, and once they determined it wasn't a bomb, they decided it was pretty likely the kid was trying to create an issue with a hoax bomb. Considering the fact that this kid didn't "invent a clock" like everyone is claiming, but rather ripped the guts out of an old alarm clock from the 80's and put it in a new container, I'd have to agree with the assessment.

    I will. Fuck him, he did this for effect.

    He didn't invent or build a clock, he wanted to get a rise out if people and he built something that cannot be mistaken for anything but a suitcase bomb, albeit a small one.

    And the little shit is going to be rewarded for it.
