Idk but I think you're reaching for something that just isn't there lol

He had six passes to him, allowed 50% of them to be completed, held his receivers to 37 yards, and recovered a fumble.

Yeah, it should take a few weeks. 2 at the very least, probably 3-4.

Williams played very well in Cro's absence. I don't think that was lost on Bowles so lets not assume Cro simply steps back into a starting role if Williams is playing well. Kinda like the Geno situation when he gets back.

I think there was the play where Hartline had that lucky ass catch on 3rd down where we challenged the play. At this juncture it's just nitpicking though.

He gave up a few catches, but meh whatever as long as it's not for TDs

Which one of you guys has been fooling around with Voodoo? That's the only way to explain this run of good luck.

So happy for Cro to not have to go out like that. Hopefully he isnt rushed back. Would be nice to get him back later in the season when other guys will likely be banged up or just tired.

I think essentially he just got knocked cold. A lot of the concussion guys are running all over the place. Not necessarily less dangerous a concussion, but less frightening for sure. Good for him. Bowles said he was doing some good things yesterday, and he throws compliments around like manhole covers

Good news but the bomb he got beat on before the injury via the Johnny Football pass he was faked out of his jock strap by the Browns receiver. Exactly the poor coverage we saw by him 2 years ago and the reason he was cut.

Cro is more suited to be like a safety or a back up corner. He is a playmaker though, you take the flags and being torched at times with him

Bowles mentioned in the press conference that Williams has been one of his favorite players since the start of camp.

I understand what you saying... but Cro has been getting burned since 2013 and has been getting burned by our deep depth players all summer long and got burned again (or whatever the case was) yesterday. That play was our only big play and scoring play allowed. Marcus Williams looked good toward the end of last year and good yesterday. I wouldn't mind him on the outside a little more often especially if he holds while Cro is out... I still wonder how Cro would look as a deep cover safety playing as Williams help.
