The only team out of that bunch in desperate need for a TE are the Jets.

There was no mention of us landing him but the workout and physical probably wouldn't be before today anyway. So I wonder who is on the cusp if we do. He is definitely young, only 25 and only in the league 2 years.

Who says "NY State Of Mind" if they are talking about the Jets/Giants? Must be a Bills signing.

Fauria for a short period was sort of a rookie sensation in Detroit. For whatever reason he wasn't really involved in the offense in his 2nd year. He's got a lot of upside and he's a great redzone target.

UDFA out of UCLA........ two years ago for the Lions, he only caught 18 passes, but 7 of them were TDs. Last year he was hurt most of the year I believe........ Very big ( 6'7, 270) and obviously a goal line threat.

The Bills are paying Clay top TE money. If they land another TE while we're stuck with Chumperland I'm gonna roundhouse kick the crap out of my screen.

He had 3 touchdowns in one game as a rookie. Size, background etc. very similar to Larry Donnell from the Giants. Would love to have a guy like that in the redzone to throw the ball up to. He's no Gronk but it's impossible to cover a guy like that on jump balls.

Interesting. He can even line up outside (slot). Very, very poor mans Jimmy Graham but still a huge mismatch against any corner or linebacker.

Younger brother of the only other person named Fauria to ever play in the NFL, Chris who was also a pretting good TE.

Yeah, former Pat. He was more of a blocker from what I remember. Either that or he just flat out sucked as a player because he never really made a lot of plays.

Can't be the Bills. We have 5 TE's on the 53 man roster which is already unheard of. Also he does not fit the Greg Roman type TE (which is a smaller h-back).

Probably a blocker..he played 13 years and you don't play 13 years in the NFL if you suck.

Maybe this guy is his son and not younger brother, there is a 19 year age difference..or maybe a cousin..they both went to the same high school so I assumed brothers until I saw the age difference.

way worse. makes fencing with the football seem manly in comparison. Were talking about a 6'7 man twerking like miley cyrus and dancing like N'sync
