Not yet, but he'll end up somewhere. Whether it's Houston or Dallas. The Broncos won't carry him around and either way he'll be a factor for this year, whether he joins the Texans or Cowboys. I'd probably risk drafting him like in the final 2-3 rounds at this point, just as a gamble.
Towards the end I think is when they'll start leaking if Bowles really wants to wait until the last moment to make the cuts official.

It's smart to wait until 4pm especially if you are looking to add from other teams cuts and Mac said he was. No sense in cutting somebody and then wishing you didn't.
