First we ask people for our $600.

If they won't give it to us we punch them in the jaw.

If they still won't give us the $600 after that, then we cut them.

IK is back on the street. I hear he's short on cash, might be had cheap.

Not cuts related but still interesting Jets news.

Brandon Bostick, the tight end best known for not recovering the onside kick in last year’s NFC Championship Game that allowed the Seahawks to complete an improbable comeback, worked out for the Jets Friday.

Per a league source, the Jets also worked out four wide receivers — Shane Wynn,DeAndre Carter, Vernon Johnson andAlan Bonner — and quarterback Matt Blanchard.

Bostick, 26, was released earlier this week by the Vikings. He caught nine passes over the last two seasons with the Packers.

Wynn caught a touchdown pass from Johnny Manziel in the second preseason game but was waived earlier this week, mostly because the Browns already have a bunch of smaller wide receivers. Bonner was a sixth-round pick of the Texans in 2013 and was also let go earlier this week.

Tired of watching us work out receivers. Enough already, we're stacked there. Bring in some tackles, edge rushers, tight ends.

It did seem strange to me too that we are working out receivers at this late stage.

Still hoping the Bears cut LB Willie Young. Would be a nice addition to our OLB's and give us a legit edge rusher to take over for Coples so he can move back to the D-Line.

Can he block? He's been around forever, he must be capable of something.

I've been told that G Joe Looney is a decent back-up cut by SF. Maybe a poster here knows about him?

He seems to be a good blocker. In which case Bowles should drag his ass over here. Would be an instant upgrade over Craperland.

I don't think he'd be an upgrade over Winters, let alone Aboushi. We could use a guy like that at tackle.

Macc may be looking at these WRs up close and personal for later in the season or even for next season. Macc is always scouting.

So I'm guessing there won't be any more cuts for tonight? I can't wait for tomorrow. I hope some things leak tonight.
