This QB put up huge numbers last year. Doughty is very accurate, smart, lives in the film room and has the potential to be a rising star next year's draft. This kid has talent, he's definitely got a future in the league if he's in the right situation. Could be the next small school product to make it big in the NFL.
In the first 4 games, 1,591 passing yards and 11 TDs , 2 INTs with a 74.2 % completions. He's thrown for over 440 yards in each of the past three games. Like I said over 4 weeks ago, this Kid is an NFL talent could be a second round prospect.
I watched him against LSU saturday night and he looked great. I wanted to watch the game because WW85's endorsement and wanted to see the kid face a real test. @ LSU at night is about as tough of a test there is to be had in college football and Doughty looked great to me. He looked better than any QB has against LSU including SEC QBs. I was most impressed with how quickly he gets the ball out and how he scans the field. He would be perfect for a team that runs a lot of timing routes
Good call, this kid looks good. Ridiculous accuracy, good presence. I'll have to keep an eye out for him.
