    True in some cases.

    False in others.

Not every owner looks at their team as just a business.

Some care about winning and losing. Some care a lot, some a little and some you are probably right, not much at all.

but they ALL care about their investment. Cheaters that make a mockery of the game and damage its integrity/value with its customers has got to piss them all off

i don't believe he was wrong about anything short of the suspension being upheld in this specific court.

Br*dy cheated, they got bagged, the team heavily punished, legacies permanently stained, public opinion never the same, and the Br*dy suspension issue will drag on thru yet another court. that's pretty consistent with what has been stated.

No. It was Judge Berman's narrative. Players can cheat, lie, and hinder investigations all they want, but they can't be suspended for it because the CBA does not put them on notice of a penalty for cheating, lying, and hindering investigations.

That is not all the ruling said, and you either know that or consciously choose not to.

Hahahaha, if I were TB I'd definitely reach out to Vince McMahon and get a Roger Goodell impersonator in the ring. Tell me that wouldn't be hilarious?

Donald Trump did it, and he's a presidential contender. lol

You love to overlook that the Pats caught the Jets filming signals from the sideline in Foxboro in 2006. But the Pats didn't go crying to the league, they just had Pats security escort the man out of the area.

Apparently the Jets were also tampering with K-Balls in 2009. Why didn't we hear about that? Because the league kept it hush hush.

BTW, the league hardly caught the Pats blatantly cheating in the AFC title game. If they had had any real evidence this would have been over months ago.

Imagine if a Pats coach tripped a guy on the field?

puts the NFL in a tough position going forward should there be anymore cheating in this league of any sort (probably out of NE)... They'll probably just go after the coaches and organization only but that might be tough based on how the cheating is carried out.

I guess the next time they nab a NE player for cheating they'll have to let him know in advance of the act that they think he's cheating, that they plan on giving him this specific punishment, that they would like to politely see everything he graciously will offer to aid in the investigation. oh- and he'll be able to cross-examine the investigation team.

I think maybe after all the above they could be okay with punishing the player for cheating. maybe.

    Okay.

Instead of the Patriots organization issuing their embarrassment and firing the guy, they'd probably deny, deflect, take the NFL to court, etc.

That's correct, i got the outcome wrong because Berman doesn't like the NFL policy, everything else I've argued on this case hasn't been overturned. Gladly happy Brady is playing next week. I'd rather him play.....at least i can popcorn all this mess further.....but i wont here unless i'm prodded to by the Pats trolls. Good luck Jets fans.

What the Jets did wasnt illegal though. What the Patriots did was cause it was videotaped from their own sidelines. Which is illegal. Thats the difference between the Patriots and other teams. They will always look for that extra advantage whether its legal or not. Most of the time its not.

And any fan , Pats fan or other , that believes the Colts game was the first and only time Brady doctored the balls illegally, is crazy. Not a doubt in my mind that the balls in the Ravens game the previous week were below the standard PSI level too.

Or did you think Edleman throwing a perfect pass to Amendola and Brady hitting olineman for 20 yard TD's was all skill?

The entire Pats offense/coaching staff knew what was going on.

How the refs didnt is what Id like to know. But its possible Goodell has them in the bag as well.
