    The judge overturned what he thought was unfair NFL tactics.....this didn't absolve the cheating, REMEMBER THAT!!!

    I think everyone forgets the union lost the appeal of the Peterson suspension. They'll lose again too. It's a matter of how the NFL wants to handle it

    what a fing joke by the judge and the cheators. this does not mean they did not cheat again. I hope the appeal goes through and he gets fucking 10 games and it comes out bellicheat was in on it

    Umm no they didn't.
    It hasn't even been heard yet. Peterson "won" (for the most part) in front of Doty in MN, the NFL filed an appeal which will be heard by the 8th Circuit in October. It wouldn't be binding to a 2nd circuit appeal anyway. Additionally they were decided on different grounds.

    Bad for the league. NFL won't win appeal. Brady team has upper hand now. Berman should be expecting many more NFLPA suits.

    Did not see this at all. I don't thing the NFL has a shot on appeal. Hope I'm wrong again

    Then who's was it? The NFL won the appeal on one off them. Players might be wrong but they lost.

    takes one to know one. Seriously how stupid do you look going to another teams board talking shit about a team everyone hates here. All this case proves is that you can lie your way out of punishment and then cheat and get away with it

    Brady will play, but he will ultimately be in the sights of NFL players and the league from this point on.
