Pretty disturbing dude.... 8 guys on the thread getting hot over the wimmenz, you..otoh...getting a chubby for Stokes...
JJ could do better. As far as tail goes, I've noticed hockey players get the best dates, then baseball and basketball. Football players lag behind for some reason.
Oh good God. JJ Watt is overrated and you'll spend hours upon hours defending Mark Sanchez. Welcome to the funny pages.
Don't get me wrong, He is a great player. I'm just a little overdone with the 'best player in football' stuff. He's not even the best defensive player in the game.
Revis right now. And until he loses a couple steps, it's not even close. ESPN was jizzing over the almost catch OB jr made the other night. But...he was OOB. And the bounce they called a catch really...? Revis eliminates EVERY big time WR teams pay out the ass for. Watt gets 1.35 sacks a game at best. he takes 2 downs from the teams most important player. Revis eliminates one of the top 3 entirely. And half the QB's field, and a portion of the RB as well. I hate the overpaying of CB's and him especially. But he takes away half a field. He defends almost as many passes as Watt generates sacks, except in his case, he has fewer opportunities because teams generally avoid him. And Generating sacks, is focusing on one player and going straight at him, as opposed to knowing and anticipating and reacting to the moves of a player in space. Also consider....Sacks in and of themselves are generated with the help of several other players. Also, Revis doesn't get to 50 tackles a season (except his rookie year..73) Why the dropoff? Revis plays press coverage, so he's in the mix on running plays to his side. Teams DON'T run that way as often as they might, why? Because Mevi$ is a known film addict. and any tell, he capitalizes on. And one last point...Revis is one of the few defensive players that can shut out the high percentage pass, because of his ability to cover. And that's something specifically designed to prevent sacks.
Revis better than JJ Watt?????? Watt is a game changing, big-time playmaker. All Revis does is cover one guy and never makes big plays. OC's have to change offensive game plans to prepare for Watt, not so much for a CB who only covers one guy.
So...the OC that has Megatron as his go to guy..doesn't change his game plan? Really? Revis takes away the RIGHT SIDE of the field. (you know where most QB's are looking?)
