I am tired of this Deflategate issue and more so tired of Brady playing the innocent. Is it possible for NFL to go offensive against Brady? I am talking about NFL suing Brady for destroying the integrity of the game and asking for millions of dollars in damages?
I don't see why the NFL is insisting that Brady admit his guilt and publically accept the Wells Report. It's not going to happen no matter what Berman does. Maybe it's just a bargaining chip of the NFL. Why not give him 2 games period. And just issue a gag order for both sides so everyone could save face. And then if Brady appeals that fuck him.
I'd be surprised if he accepted 2. I think this fucker is arrogant enough to think he can get the suspension completely overturned. And who knows, just gotta find that one judge dumb enough to do it.
I still have no idea beyond a gut feeling of whether he's innocent, guilty, an accomplice or whatever and I'm now doubtful that I'll ever know unless this whole thing escalates furthur! That being said...........It's about the process the NFL followed according to the agreement they made with the players representatives and the 4 game suspension should stand. Brady & Co would have to be so far removed from reality to believe that it won't stick.
I think all the circumstantial evidence proves they are guilty of "something." There is just too much sketchy shit going on. In the real world however that shouldn't be enough to convict someone. That being said this is GODell's NFL with possibly the worst CBA ever so anything is possible.
it really doesn't matter if they're guilty of nothing, goodell says they are guilty and the union gave him the right to make that decision. there is no guilt or innocence involved in this hearing and if this judge doesn't yet understand that the next one will.

Seemed like he was just keeping everyone updated. No settlement so now he is going to be making a decision.
He should have been ready to rule today, this has been an obvious stalling tactic of his since he got involved.
why the FUCK was Jay Feely there? Brady's teammate at Michigan, best friend and groomsmen in wedding, is brought in to mediate and we wonder why there was no settlement?
Brady Cheats....Tells a radio station 'now i have heard everything' day after reports come out Brady Denies any wrong doing... media ask questions, brady says, "I like my footballs a certain way" Belichick hosts a science class NFL begins investigation The 'deflator' is revealed in text messages between Patriot equipment manger and ball boy..Text messages reveal "Tom" "needle" "footballs" "deflator" "don't worry, not going to ESPN yet", "cash and new kicks" Brady lawyers up Brady team refuses to turn over text messages and emails NFL hands down 4 game suspension to Brady and punish Patriot organization Kraft "We reluctantly accept the leagues punishment" Brady appeals Brady loses appeal and public learns Brady destroyed cellular phone (evidence) NFL files motion to New York federal court NFLPA files in Minnesota Minnesota rules New York will win the case Schefter reports Brady open to punishment, for not cooperating only New York has three** hearings where no settlement is reached
That's what i was saying. Was sopmething oign on? proably. D He was brought in as a mediator for the PA just like Mara was for the league.
No settlement in three hearings. Just can't see the Court going against the NFL. This drags on through another appeals court. Brady image further tarnished (could have took the slap, continues to make this far worse). Just put the ball boys and equipment managers on the stand. The people deserve to have confidence in the integrity of professional football games.
